The Journey Back to You Begins

Your Passport for
The New Era of You

Your Invitation

I didn’t plan on starting over in my sixties, but here we are.

No woman wakes up in midlife excited to reinvent herself.

Yet here we are.

Something has shifted. What once fit no longer does. You are coping, functioning, doing all the right things and quietly wondering when your life stopped feeling like yours.

This is not a breakdown.

It is a reckoning.

Midlife is not the beginning of the end. It is the moment you stop performing and start returning to who you really are – who you were all along. Beyond roles, expectations, and decades of being everything for everyone else.

This space is for women who have lived, endured, contributed, and carried more than their fair share. Women who refuse to shrink, fade, or settle just because the calendar says they should.

If you feel restless, dissatisfied, or called toward something more, you are not lost.

You are not behind. You are not broken.

And you are absolutely not done yet.

This is your invitation to rise.

Every woman in her fifties and sixties needs to read this.”

Marilyn James, 56, HR Consultant

“I picked up this book expecting to feel inspired. Instead, I felt understood. Ingrid has lived the reinvention journey, and it shows in every story, every insight. This book is a companion, not just a read.”

Anne Wallace, 67, Grandmother and Former Business Owner

“This book spoke straight to my bones. Ingrid doesn’t preach. She doesn’t posture. She simply tells the truth in a way only a woman who has lived it all can. I trusted every word.”

Helen O’Connor, 55

“Ingrid captures the experience of middle age with such clarity and humour that I found myself laughing, crying, and nodding along in equal measure. It’s rare to read someone who gets it so completely.”

tough stuff and come out glowing.
There’s no fluff, no pretense. Just truth, compassion and genuine guidance.”

Sara Mendez, 52, Accountant

“I didn’t realise how much I needed a book like this. Ingrid speaks to ageing not as decline but as reinvention. I felt inspired, grounded, and hopeful about what comes next.”

Christine Hall, 61,
